On Monday morning Luke and I decided to quickly pack our bags and head to Byron Bay, without booking anything or taking a spare change of clothes. It was a great trip which saw a 1.5 hour train ride, followed by a 2 hour bus ride along the Pacific Ocean.
We slept in a hotel's carpark and enjoyed the
softness of concrete. It was also quite cold, very cold.
With only 2 hours sleep we had managed to stay sane and enjoy Byron Bay.
